Mission Statement

In today’s culture, many of us are faced with having to do too much; our lives often feel overwhelming, and it’s difficult to make time to take care of ourselves.

Regular, ongoing Massage Therapy is a proven way to help manage the stress in our lives. When you choose to get a massage, it’s not about the time you give up; it’s what you gain: better health, greater energy, clearer thinking, and an enhanced ability to get through your day, accomplishing more and feeling better about it.

Reiki Healing takes you one step further. This gentle technique works on your entire self – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – to create a most calm and restful state of being.

My mission is to use my skill, insight and commitment as a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, to help you in your Quest for Wellness.
