Addressing the Entire You: Why a series?

Single sesssions are a wonderful opportunity to relax and de-stress. Now imagine having massage as an ongoing part of your life! Choosing a series of massage sessions allows us to work together on a regular basis, so that we can address your particular needs at any given time, based on the work that has gone on before. By getting to know one another, we can work as a team -- with your health and well being as our mutual goal.

Rates

Sessions are given at Quest for Wellness Studio,
W.187th St. & Pinehurst Avenue in Upper Manhattan:

Super-Ten	$650	10 sessions @ $65
Maintenance Six-Pack	$420	6 sessions @ $70
Relaxation Trio	$225	3 sessions @ $75
Single Session	$80

Prepaid series are for 60-minute sessions, valid for 6 months from date of initial appointment. Massage and Reiki sessions can be interchanged within a series.

Which series is best for me?

The Super-Ten gives you access to frequent, ongoing massage or Reiki. This series helps you manage chronic pain, persistent stress, or an intensely active lifestyle that demands regular relief. Increase your success at dealing with the incredible pressures of your life by having that special hour just to yourself, as often as you need it. Each time you come you'll get a break from mental and physical stress and tension, and your energy will be revived. The Super-Ten series lets you to have a session every week or two; this package provides the best value.

The Maintenance Six-Pack is the plan for you if you have a tendency towards back pain or other conditions that “act up” periodically if not attended to; if you recently had an acute condition that is no longer actively bothering you -- or for anyone who wants to have a guaranteed, pre-scheduled maintenance massage or Reiki session every month.

Use your Relaxation Trio sessions whenever you need them: before and/or after a special occasion, trip, athletic event, or medical procedure; or prior to undertaking a job interview, audition, or school exam. When you most need an hour of relaxation, a session is waiting for you. The Relaxation Trio also makes a great gift for a client or loved one.

Ninety-minute ($110) and thirty-minute ($45) single sessions are available upon request.
